A man, wanted by gardaí over the Regency Hotel shooting, is due before a court in Belfast later.
The PSNI arrested the man on foot of a European Arrest Warrant in Co Tyrone yesterday.
Police in the North say the 46-year-old is being sought by gardaí in connection with murder and firearms offences.

He was arrested in Strabane yesterday.
Last night, the PSNI confirmed the offences relate to the Regency Hotel shooting.
David Byrne was shot dead when a gang of men burst into the Dublin hotel during a boxing weigh in last February.
Mr Byrne is one of ten people killed amid the ongoing Kinahan-Hutch gangland feud.
