Kevin Doyle has returned to Wolves after his loan spell with Crystal Palace ended, with no sign of a permanent deal.

The Ireland striker, who scored just one goal during an injury-hit spell with the Eagles, is now hoping to secure another loan move elsewhere.

The 31-year-old was a bit-part figure in London, making just five appearances in all competitions.
