Arsenal's Jack Wilshere has suffered yet another injury setback.

The club have confirmed that the injury-plagued midfielder is to undergo surgery on his left fibula and will be out of action for up to three months.

The England midfielder has not played more than 25 games in a Premier League season since his 2010-11 breakthrough, missing the entire 2011-12 season through injury.
