The wife of Roger Rodas, the driver who died alongside Paul Walker in a car crash last November, is to sue Porsche.
Kristine Rodas filed a lawsuit yesterday claiming that design flaws caused the Porsche Carrera GT Paul and Roger were driving to crash.
She believe the car had a faulty part in the suspension which caused the car to careen out of control.
Rodas aslo blames Porsche for the car exploding on impact, claiming the vehicle lacked a proper "crash cage" and a "racing fuel cell."
A "fuel cell" is common in race cars and prevents the fuel from igniting if there's a crash.
Results of an investigation in March concluded that the car was travelling at an unsafe speed and it was not mechanical problems that caused the crash.
Rodas and her lawyers claim the car was travelling at a safe 55mph, rather than at the estimated 94mph when it crashed.
