Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Arsenal's signings of Shkodran Mustafi and Lucas Perez are almost complete.

The German defender and Spanish striker will move from Valencia and Deportivo de la Coruna for about €40 million and €20 million respectively.

They will join defender Rob Holding and midfielder Granit Xhaka as the Arsenal first team additions this summer.

"We have bought two players in Mustafi and Lucas Perez. They've both had medicals but we need to complete the paperwork," said Wenger to Sky Sports after his Arsenal side's 3-1 win at Watford.

The Arsenal manager added: "We had to work very hard to get these two signings done."
