Tranmere and Barrow met in the National League (the erstwhile Conference) on Saturday, and while there was romance, magic, and the banana skin for teams in the FA Cup, this was undoubtedly the most incredible match of the day.

Despite having taken the lead in the first half, Tranmere went into injury time trailing 3-1 after Barrow scored three goals in the second half, two of which came after the 80 minute mark.

While most teams would probably fold at that point, given that they had conceded in the 87th minute, somehow, some way, Tranmere pulled it out of the bag.

The comeback was started with a great goal in the 90th minute from Lois Maynard, who smacked home a half volley, and from there a terrible defensive blunder lead to the equaliser.

With 95 minutes on the clock, they completed the turn around with a deflected goal, leaving dejected Barrow players littered on the ground around them.
