Former Manchester City striker Paulo Wanchope got into a brawl in his native Costa Rica as he watched an U23 Olympic qualifier against Panama last night.

The 39-year-old, who also played for Derby County and West Ham during a Premier League career which spanned from 1997 to 2004, is Costa Rica's current head coach.
