One of O'Brien's most popular segments is the Clueless Gamer videos where O'Brien plays video games with sports stars. For the past two years he has brought opposing SuperBowl players against each other ahead of the game.

O'Brien and McGregor played the UFC's new video game where Conan was created as a fighter. It turned into the fight nobody imagined could happen, but everybody wanted to see.
