New pictures obtained by Sky Sports have already shown Edin Hazard asking for the doctor and physio Jon Fearn to come onto the pitch on Saturday in order to treat him, despite Mourinho's anger.

But there is more footage from the touchline with a close-up look at Mourinho castigating Carneiro and Fearn as they returned from doing their work on the pitch, with the club doctor appearing to respond.
