Ezequiel Ham's game and most likely his season were ended by Carlos Tevez last night with a leg-breaking challenge. 

The former Juventus and Manchester City player went charging into the challenge in Boca Juniors' game against Argentinos, and with studs showing over the ball, clamped down just above Ham's ankle. 

Tevez managed to avoid even getting a booking, and after the match he apologised, saying that there was no malice in his attempt to win the ball: "I'm sad because I didn't want to do anything bad to him. I've never hurt anyone, this is my first time. Now I'm going to see him and apologise, as I should do". 

Tevez also scored twice in the game as Boca won 3-1, including a fantastic opener right before the end of the first half.
