Wales head coach Warren Gatland has catapulted George North into the starting team for this weekend's game with England in Twickenham. North has been struggling with concussion issues in recent months and sat out last week's win over Uruguay in Cardiff.
The Northampton winger was knocked out twice in a Six Nations game between the two sides earlier this year. Since that game in Cardiff he has struggled to regain full fitness and his game time for club and country has been limited.
The team has been announced amid reports of a rule breach by the Welsh. Warren Gatland's side are alleged to have brought fringe members of the squad who did not make the final World Cup cut into training sessions ahead of Saturday's game. The use of training with extra numbers is prohibited in the World Cup rules.
Gethin Jenkins starts this weekend becoming the first player in Gatland's squad to play in four separate World Cups, having made his tournament bow against Canada in 2003. The Welsh back row contains three members of the victorious 2013 Lions teams in captain Sam Warburton, along with Dan Lydiate and Taulupe Faletau.
Centre Jamie Roberts also returns to the team after missing the win over Uruguay last week.
