One ABC news reporter is completely oblivious of her own drawing skills.

Siobhan Riley stands in front of a large screen displaying a map. She references the location of an unknown construction as she draws on the map with her finger, inexplicably creating a certain phallic-shaped "construction" instead.

"Local businesses are paying the price," Riley says. 

If that's what they're erecting, we bet she's right.
