Devin Toner says it's "surreal" to have two Six Nations winner's medals in his possession, but when it came to paying tributes, the Leinster second-row lauded one name.

Joining us on Off The Ball tonight in the wake of retaining the championship, Toner ran us through the emotions of the day and had some special words for captain Paul O'Connell.

"I don't think I would be the player I am today if I hadn't played with him. I've learned so much. I've had the chance to play with many great second-rows like Leo Cullen at Leinster and Nathan Hines and Malcolm O'Kelly. But getting the chance to play with Paulie in these past few seasons have been great for my career," said Toner.

Some weekend! Pretty cool to be able to add another one.

He also revealed just how nerve-wracking it was to watch England versus France, having done their part of the business by beating Scotland at Murrayfield.

"It was ridiculous. To have 90 points scored in a game is completely surreal, but at the end of the game, all our hearts were in our mouths," he said.
