With the Allianz League coming towards an end over the next couple of weeks, thoughts are already turning to the 2014 All Ireland Championship.

With that in mind, our own Colm 'Wooly' Parkinson was joined on stage at the Sugar Club tonight by former Dublin forward Mossy Quinn, David Brady (who avoided wearing a pink thong last year as his Mayo lost in September), and former Donegal full forward Brendan Devenney.

Wooly sees Connacht and Leinster as a "cakewalk" given the obvious superiority of Mayo and Dublin in their respective provinces and sees Ulster and Munster as far more intriguing.

Thanks to the league, we have already seen a repeat of last year's All Ireland final between those teams, with the game ending in a thrilling draw at Croke Park.

"The Dublin, Mayo game was outstanding in all aspects. I think GAA has changed full stop from the way it's played to the way it has evolved. I compliment the Football Review Committee because it has turned the game on its head. The National League this year has proved it," said Brady, who also used the Augusta Amen corner analogy when he touched on the importance of league silverware for Mayo.

Devenney talked about Donegal's trip to the Algarve and the 2012 champions chances in this year's All Ireland.

Meanwhile, Mossy picked the six starting forwards for Dublin from a stellar cast. But who made it in? Listen to the full chat via the podcast.
