Raheem Sterling scored a brilliant individual goal as Liverpool fought back to earn a 1-1 draw against Chelsea in the Capital One Cup semi-final first leg.
The Reds trailed 1-0 at the break when Emre Can clumsily brought down Eden Hazard in the box.
The Belgian stepped up to convert and give Chelsea a 1-0 lead.
But Liverpool fought back after the break as Sterling ran at the Blues defence, outpaced them and found the net with his left foot.
Brendan Rodgers' side had further chances to find a winner but Steven Gerrard saw a shot hit the post and Adam Lallana's effort stung Thibaut Courtois' fingertips.
