Sergio Aguero has never been in the headlines for the wrong reasons, and he's only cemented his spot as one of football's nicest guys today by stopping his team from taking a corner just a minute into the game so doctors could see to an unconscious fan.

The Argentine striker was lining up for a corner when he spotted that someone in the crowd needed medical attention, and several people were trying to get the attention of the medics. 

Aguero noticed the furore from the stands and was then joined by Irish full-back Seamus Coleman in beckoning over the medical staff.
