Stoke City have completed the signing of Ireland goalkeeper Shay Given.
The veteran former Manchester City and Newcastle shot-stopper has joined the Potters on a two-year contract, leaving Aston Villa.
The move sees him re-united with his old City boss Mark Hughes.

Given had appeared to be set for a move to Middlesbrough this week, before Stoke's intervention.
Earlier, Stoke made another signing as Chelsea's Dutch international midfielder Marco van Ginkel agreed a season long loan as part of the deal which is likely to see goalkeeper Asmir Begovic go the other way.
