On this week’s Saturday panel, Ger discusses sleep, enjoying working life and taking inspiration from defeat with comedian Jarlath Regan, Limerick hurler Seamus Hickey and Leinster’s Martin Moore.

The panel examine the trials and tribulations of a comedian’s life, as well as the sacrifices athletes make to perform at the top level.

Reagan offers interesting insights on performing on stage and the ability to constantly to pour back over his work, even if it means losing sleep.

“I would nearly class myself as an insomniac now” he said, a result of the travelling and studying material for each and every gig.

“It's all me, I am the team. All my failures happen in public. All gigs are just training for the next one.

"To say my sleep is bad is an understatement. I live with the gig through the night, so I'm going off roughly two hours of sleep every night."
