Ronnie O'Sullivan remains on course for a record seventh Masters snooker title after beating Neil Robertson 6-3 to reach the semi-finals of the 2017 competition.
O'Sullivan had trailed the Australian 3-2 at London's Alexandra Palace.
But just like when he battled back to avoid a shock defeat against China's Liang Wenbo on Sunday in the first round, O'Sullivan was able to fight back and secure the win in the best of 11 frames contest.
O'Sullivan has won the Masters six times, becoming the youngest winner back in 1995 at the age of 19.
A seventh win would be a Masters record with Scotland's Stephen Hendry also on six for his career.
The 2017 winner will take home a prize of £200,000 (€231,660).
The last eight continues with China's Marco Fu playing Northern Ireland's Mark Allen in the evening session.
The winner of that match will face O'Sullivan in the semi finals.
There are two other quarter final matches to set up the other semi final.
China's Ding Jinhui will take on England's Joe Perry, while English duo Mark Selby and Barry Hawkins.
The winners of both those contests will then go head to head for a place in the final against either O'Sullivan or the victor of the quarter final between Jinhui and Perry.
The final will take place on Sunday, January 22nd.
