Many of Leinster's players have been making alterations to their hair this week in a charitable effort for "Shave or Dye".
In an effort to raise funds for the family of departing defence coach Kurt McQuilkin, who is going back to New Zealand for personal reasons, players either have to shave their hair or dye it.
And Irish internationals like Cian Healy, Mike Ross and Jack McGrath were happy to oblige:
