Seamus Coleman is still in the early days of his rehabilitation from a double-leg break, but his Everton teammates are thinking of him on the pitch.

The Ireland captain suffered the horrific injury during Ireland's World Cup qualifier against Wales, when Neil Taylor caught him with a late challenge. FIFA have opened disciplinary proceedings against the Welsh player, and he could face a lengthy ban for the reckless tackle.

Everton faced Man United in the Premier League last night, and teammate Phil Jagielka paid tribute to Coleman during his goal celebration after putting Everton in front.

After putting the ball past David De Gea, Jagielka raised both his hands to sky and lifted three fingers on his right hand and two on his left to make 23- the number on Coleman's jersey.

United came back to clnich a draw with a Zlatan Ibrahimovic penalty in the 93rd minute, but Jagielka's tribute to Coleman was a special moment for the Toffees.

The Everton defender also posted a message in Coleman's honour on his Twitter page after the game.
