Kevin Phelan has tumbled down the leaderboard during his second round at the Africa Open.
Phelan recovered from a run of three consecutive bogeys to post a level par 72 for his round today, which leaves him on 5-under par in South Africa, which is a shot better than Darren Clarke.
But Phelan's fellow overnight leader, Matt Ford followed up his opening round with a 66 today to take the outright lead on 11-under par.
