Former Tyrone footballer Owen Mulligan could line out in the Connacht Championship this summer.

The three-time All-Ireland winner has moved to London, and could feature for the Exiles next month. London play Leitrim in the quarter-finals of the Connacht Championship on May 28th.

Mulligan made his club debut in London at the weekend, lining out for Fulham Irish in the Intermediate Hurling Championship against Granuaile. By playing in an official championship match, Mulligan is eligible to represent London in a Senior Championship match.

Mulligan last played for Tyrone in 2012, but continued to impress for his club Cookstown until this year. He moved to London because of work commitments.

The 2005 All-Star would be the only All-Ireland winner in the London squad, should he confirm he is joining Ciaran Deely's side. London failed to impress in the National League, finishing in last place in Division 4, after only one win from seven matches.
