Newcastle manager Alan Pardew has confirmed he is interested in bringing Darren Bent and Loic Remy to the club.
But they are only two on a list of potential players he wants to sign.
Bent's first team opportunities were limited at Aston Villa last season, while Remy was impressive for QPR after signing in January, but he could not prevent them being relegated from the Premier League.

Indeed Remy had long been linked with a move to the bastion of French footballers in England but chose QPR.
Bent is set to cost in the region of €5 - 6 million but has previously played for North East rivals Sunderland.
