Newcastle striker Papiss Cisse has backed down and agreed to wear the logo of the club's sponsor, pay-day loan company Wonga.
The Senegal international is a Muslim, and had refused to display the branding on his kit because earning interest is forbidden by Islamic law.
However, last week a photo emerged, showing Cisse inside a casino. Although it is unclear whether he was gambling or not, that is an activity which also happens to be forbidden by Islamic law.

It is reported that a solution has now been found, and the player will now be involved with the first-team again.
