Mossy Quinn is only starting to catch his breath after a hectic four games in just 13 days for his club St Vincent's.

Vinnys beat Ballymun Kickhams in a replay last week before getting past St Lomans of Mullinger in the Leinster Club Championship.

"It's been pretty hectic alright," Mossy told Off The Ball. "Once you keep winning, it's great. It's been a couple of really tough games against Ballymun. Both games went down to the very end. Ideally you'd love more than three days though."

Quinn claims he is not that fit, but his diet flies in the face of those denials. For example, breakfast contains porridge with honey and berries, while lunch consists of eggs with brown bread, followed by a snack of rice cakes and green tea. And finally the night was capped off with homemade burritos with guacamole.

"That was homemade guacamole as well," added Mossy who was put on the spot by the lads.

"I'll tell the truth, I was off work at the time so I had time during those days. If I was in work, that wouldn't be normal eating. The question was what I had yesterday and it so happened I had the perfect day."
