Ireland manager Martin O'Neill has said he is disappointed that more players did not put their hands up for selection for the upcoming Euro 2016 qualifier against Poland.

O'Neill has named a 35-man squad for the game on March 29th at the Aviva.

Uncapped Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter is among those included and O'Neill says that he's looking forward to seeing what the 25-year-old can do:

Arter started his career at Charlton Athletic and after loans to non-league clubs, he found himself at Bournemouth in 2010.

The London-born former Ireland U19 international, has six goals in 34 games for the Championship high-flyers, creating 38 chances and commanding a pass accuracy rate of 85 per cent.

However, in terms of discipline he has picked up 10 bookings.
