Olympic champion Katie Taylor has been added to the Andy Lee versus Billy Joe Saunders undercard at Thomond Park.

Lee, who will be defending his WBO middleight title against Saunders, will hold a press conference next Tuesday August 4, where the decision is expected to be officially unveiled and both he and Taylor will be available for comment.

The 2012 gold medalist will take on a yet to be confirmed challenger in four two-minute rounds.

Taylor will be competing in February’s AIBA World Elite Women’s Championships and Olympic qualifiers in Kazakhstan shortly after that.
