Former Brazil international Kaka has terminated his contract with AC Milan.
The midfielder is now free to sign for American MLS team Orlando City.
Kaka is expected to return on loan to his first club, Sao Paulo, before joining the franchise next January prior to its first MLS season.

The former World Player of the Year scored 104 goals in 307 appearances during his two spells at Milan, either side of a four-year stint at Real Madrid.
However his second spell at the San Siro was far from successful, scoring nine and assisting five after rejoining in the summer of 2013.
