Alan Cadogan is the only casualty from the side that beat Clare in Round 2A of All-Ireland hurling qualifiers, ahead of Sunday's clash with Galway.
Shane O'Neill will replace Cadogan at right corner-back as Jimmy Barry-Murphy prepares to overcome the Tribesmen in the All-Ireland hurling semi-final.
Cork will be looking to continue the momentum after victory in two hurling qualifiers already this year and are in search of their first Liam McCarthy cup since 2005.
Proceedings get underway in Croke Park at 4pm.
