Villarreal central defender Eric Bailly is the latest player close to a move to Manchester United.

These reports come on the back of news that Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Andre Gomes were close to signing for United.

Ask any United fan and they will tell you their three main areas of concern wre centre-back, central midfield and striker. Jose Mourinho obviously thinks the same and has closed in on three potential signing in the space of 24 hours.

Bailly, a 22-year-old from the Ivory Coast, started his carrer with Espanyol and signed for Villarreal in 2015. He helped his side to fourth place in La Liga this season and also helped them get to the semi-final of the Europa League.
