Jose Mourinho could be in further trouble stemming from the incident involving Jon Fearne and Eva Carnerio during their opening game of the season against Swansea in August.
A complaint has been sent to the Football Association by a member of the public, which highlights possible sexist and abusive language Mourinho used towards Carneiro. The Chelsea manager could face a ban of up to five matches if found guilty.
Mourinho made an example of Eva Carneiro and Jon Fearne after they ran onto the field to tend to injury-stricken Eden Hazard by relieving the pair of the matchday duties.
Carneiro has been wighing up the possibility of taking legal action over the issue but is reportedly nearing a return to work with Chelsea.
The doctor is yet to return to work for the club while Fearne has been working but has not appeared on the bench since the incident.
