Jonathan Sexton spoke to Dave McIntyre of Off The Ball about the changes he's gone through since he was last at Leinster, and what awaits him at club and international level in the coming months.

A lot has changed since the last World Cup both personally and professionally for Sexton, who found himself fighting for the jersey with Ronan O'Gara at the last tournament, something that he has learned from in the period since: "sometimes it feels like yesterday, and sometimes you think of everything that has happened and it feels like years ago [..] so many highs throughout that period and so many lows, but hopefully I'm a lot different to the player who went to the 2011 World Cup".

While Sexton is coming back home, international team-mate Paul O'Connell is headed the other way, and Sexton noted that the pair "spoke about some small things" to do with life in France. He was very clear that O'Connell made his own decision, but that he has borrowed a few CDs from him to try and brush up on his French.

He also gives our Dave McIntyre a quick update on the squads for the World Cup, proving that he's done his study for the matches that could lie ahead.
