Jack Hobbs has won The Irish Derby becoming the first British trained winner since 1993.

The horse which started as odds on favourite comfortably led from start to finish with William Buick on board. Its the biggest win of Jack Hobbs' career and comes three weeks after it finished second in the Epson Derby.

American horse Storm the Stars finished second, with the Aidan O'Brien trained Giovanni Canaletto finishing in third place.
