While Ireland wait for confirmation that they have retained the Six Nations title, we cast one eye towards the upcoming Rugby World Cup on Off The Ball with Shane Jennings and Alan Quinlan. 

That lads looked at the challenges Joe Schmidt and the wider squad will have to face but also accentuated the positives that emerged from the Six Nations.

"I think it's all looking good. I think everybody is going to admit that it's been a very good championship," said Jennings.
