James Corden continues to impress on his new chat show in America and now seems to be branching into the world of American sports. 

The British star linked up last night with the Thursday Night Football show on CBS to show him in action for the Oakland Raiders. Corden's chat show is broadcast each Thursday night after the opening NFL game of the week. 

Corden was set a challenge by the Oakland Raiders to score a field goal in their O.co Coliseum on front of the home crowd. Despite only being broadcast last night, the segment was filmed last weekend during the Raiders' 33-13 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
