Speaking afterwards head coach Bell said: "We worked really hard. First half we had a little bit of difficulty in the centre. We opened up a little bit too much, let them get in behind our midfield. We had a little bit of confusion at times...but we went one nil up. Great pass from Di and a fantastic finish from Katie.
"Second half we just kept things really tight. Megan came in and did a fantastic job - working up front but also in midfield. We could leave Karen in that space behind and we just closed everything basically. Wales are difficult opponents and a really good team but they didn't have one goal chance in the second half so that's a massive complement to our girls," he added.
