Irish cyclist Ciaran Kelly has been handed a four-year ban after testing positive for the banned substance, Clenbuterol.

The former professional tested positive for the banned steroid after an in-competition test on April 20th 2014 after a race in Wexford.

The Dubliner has been handed an increased sanction of four years after the Disciplinary Panel ruled that Kelly had failed to respect the provisional suspension imposed on him by Cycling Ireland.
