Irish pair Chloe and Sam Magee have secured at least a bronze medal at the European Badminton Championships.

The Donegal siblings have advanced to the semi-finals following a 22-20, 21-17, 21-12 victory over Robert Mateusiak and Nadiezda Zieba in Kolding, Denmark.

The Magees have written their names in the history books as the first Irish badminton team to claim a medal at European level.
