Leinster out-half Harry Byrne could miss their top of the table clash at Ulster in the Guinness PRO14 this weekend.

The 21-year-old is going through the return to play protocols after suffering a knock to the head in last Sunday's victory against Glasgow at the RDS.

Ciarán Frawley, who picked a shoulder issue un the warm-up last weekend, will be assessed later this week.

Winger Cian Kelleher received stitches after he was caught in the face by a stray boot from Glasgow out-half Adam Hastings.

Jimmy O’Brien came through his first game back from a hamstring injury with no issues and is expected to be again available for selection for this week's game at Kingspan Stadium.

Tommy O’Brien (ankle), Adam Byrne (quad), Caelan Doris (concussive symptoms), Dan Leavy (knee), Conor O’Brien (knee), Max Deegan (knee) and Vakh Abdaladze (back) all remain unavailable to the Blues' head-coach Leo Cullen.

A win for Leinster on Saturday evening would see the defending champions secure top spot in Conference A, and a place in the final.
