Kevin Durant returned to court on Monday night, as Golden State Warriors booked their place in the Western Conference Semi-Finals.
The Warriors became the second team to advance in the Playoffs, following the Cleveland Cavaliers' 4-0 series win over Indiana.
After claiming the top seed in the Western Conference for the third season in a row, the Warriors defeated Portland Trail Blazers 128-103, to win the series 4-0. For the third game in row, Steph Curry top-scored for the 2015 Champions, scoring 37 points.
Durant, who has suffered an injury-plagued first season at the Warriors, returned once more from injury after missing Games 2 and 3 of the series with a thigh injury.

The Warriors will play either the LA Clippers or Utah Jazz in the next round. That series is currently tied 2-2 after four matches.
On Monday night, Toronto Raptors defeated Milwaukee Bucks 118-93 to lead their series 3-2, while Atlanta Hawks won Game 4 in their series against Washington Wizards 111-101 to level their tie.
Three ties take place on Tuesday night, with only one team having the chance to advance to their Conference Semi-Finals. Houston Rockets have a 3-1 series lead over Oklahoma City Thunder and one final win will move James Harden's side onto a clash against either San Antonio or Memphis.
