Rugby union Premiership side Bath are looking into reports that new signing Gavin Henson was allegedly punched by a team-mate in a pub in the city.

The club say a "minor incident" occurred on Wednesday night involving members of the squad.

Henson was reportedly knocked out cold by the punch which followed a heated argument.

However it will not be investigated by police.

It is the fifth team that Wales international Henson has represented within two years.
