The GAA has cracked down on four counties involved in recent scuffles in the football qualifiers.

Longford substitute Michael Quinn has received a one-match ban while two members of their back-room team are banned for 8 weeks.

Wexford back David Murphy also faces a one match ban pending appeal, and their trainer Jason Moran eight weeks.

Cavan and Fermanagh are also being called to task for their part in a row at Breffni Park, also with €5,000 fines each.

Cavan have unsuccessfully appealed theirs, although selector Anthony Forde has had his 8-week ban overturned.

Fermanagh are appealling a ban for player Sean Quigley.

According to the Irish Independent, Longford, Wexford and Fermanagh will also be appealing their fines.
