France winger Franck Ribery has been ruled out of the World Cup due to a back problem.
The Bayern Munich star has been replaced in Les Bleus' 23-man squad by Remy Cabella of Montpellier.
The absence of Ribery, who has 80 caps to his name, will be a blow for France this summer.
However it raises the prospect of Real Sociedad's highly-rated winger Antoine Griezmann getting a shot at the first team.
