Leinster have revealed that Zane Kirchner has been ruled out of action for the next month after discovering that he suffered a small fracture to his shin during the recent win over Ulster.

However, Jamie Heaslip trained in full today with the rest of the squad as he steps up his recovery from a shoulder injury and could still feature in Saturday's game against Castres at the RDS.

The province also say that they will decide this evening whether or not to lodge an appeal against Jack McGrath's three week ban.
