Ireland are to face England in an international friendly on June 7 next year - the first Dublin meeting between the two sides since their 1995 encounter was infamously called off due to rioting amongst the fans.
FAI Chief Executive John Delaney made the announcement live on the Pat Kenny Show on Newstalk this afternoon, which can be heard below.
It came as the association announced details of their new season tickets, which include six international matches - including Euro 2016 qualifiers against Gibraltar, Poland and Scotland, as well as the England friendly - with prices starting at €138 for adults.
The two sides last met in May of last year, playing out a 1-1 draw in Wembley - their first encounter in 18 years since the 1995 Lansdowne Road riots, which left 20 people injured.
