Everton's Arouna Kone is set to have an operation on a knee problem which could rule him out of the rest of the season.
The striker suffered a cartilage injury in the 2-1 win over Hull in October.
The Ivorian joined Everton in the summer from Wigan, renewing ties with manager Roberto Martinez who had brought him to the Latics.

The former Sevilla and PSV forward has made five appearances for Everton.
