The president of the International Olympic Committee has hit out at controversy-mired FIFA in a strongly-worded statement.

In the wake of news that FIFA president Sepp Blatter has been given a 90-day suspension, along with FIFA candidate and UEFA chief Michel Platini, Thomas Bach did not hold back about football's world governing body, stating that changing president alone would not solve the organisation's problems with corruption:
