Andy Lee's first world title defence in Thomond Park could be in doubt.

The Irish Sun are reporting that the WBO middleweight title contest with Billy Joe Saunders will be postponed and moved to a venue in the UK for October.

However, a spokesperson for Lee's camp has told Off The Ball that it's "business as usual" as far as they are concerned and that the 31-year-old had trained today as part of his preparations.

Tickets for the fight night on September 19th remain on sale.
