Former five time World Champion Ronnie O'Sullivan has been knocked out of this year's tournament after a 13-10 defeat to China's Ding Junhai.
The Englishman trailed 10-6 over night but made the fast start he needed to get back into the match winning the first two frames of the opening session on Wednesday.

However, Ding struck back and took the third frame of the session before O'Sullivan racked up only the third ever 146 at the Crucible to trail 11-9 at the interval.
That match was just 👌!

It wasn't enough though as Ding kept the Englishman at bay to win by 13-10. He will now meet defending champion Mark Selby in the semi-final. Selby beat Marco Fu 13-3 earlier and progressed with a session to spare.
